Join us in paving the way for a brighter future by encouraging your students to apply for the 2023 fall Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program.
New for 2023 For the first time, the program includes a public interest technology internship track. This track is open to candidates from both technical and social science backgrounds, but candidates must be interested in technology innovation and harnessing the full potential of technology for the public good.
The program helps bring diverse young talent—undergraduate, graduate, and professional students from across disciplines—to government and offers students the opportunity to apply their educational training to work at a federal agency.

Program benefits
The internship program includes:
A 10-12 week internship at the National Science Foundation or Small Business Administration.Stipend funding to help cover expenses. Professional development and networking events.
